Dr. Tripti Bahuguna is a highly accomplished public health leader and senior pediatrician with over 35 years of distinguished service in healthcare delivery, public health administration, and health systems strengthening. She has held several of the highest leadership positions in the Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, Government of Uttarakhand, contributing significantly to state and district-level health outcomes.
Her career spans clinical pediatrics, public health leadership, policy implementation, and large-scale programme management. Dr. Bahuguna played a pivotal role in leading Uttarakhand’s COVID-19 response, achieving 100% vaccination coverage, ensuring full implementation of PSA oxygen plants, and strengthening healthcare infrastructure across the state.
Dr. Bahuguna has served as Director General, Medical Health, Director – Medical Health & Family Welfare, Chief Medical Officer, and Senior Pediatrician in multiple districts and institutions. She has been instrumental in advancing maternal and child health, nutrition services, family planning, disease control programmes, immunization, and non-communicable disease interventions. Her leadership has directly contributed to reductions in infant and maternal mortality, improved institutional deliveries, and strengthened community health systems.
Prof Krishna Kumar Pande holds an Honors’ Degree in Civil Engineering from BIT Mesra and M.Tech in Remote Sensing from Roorkee University (GOLD Medalist); and a PhD in Management from Kumaon University Nainital. He completed his schooling from the Birla Vidya Mandir Nainital and received the best in mathematic award in class XII.
Starting his career with the National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd (NHPC) he was a key member of the team which established the Consultancy division in the organization. Leaving the job, he starting his own consultancy and carried out a number of power projects across North India and carried out renovation studies for small hydro projects,
He came back to his home state to give back to the society and stepped into the field of education first re-establishing the Birla Institute of Applied Sciences at Bhimtal in 2000. Prof Pande a seasoned professional and administrator has a rich experience in institution building and has to his credit the establishment of six professional institutions in Engineering & Management from concept planning to operations including three Universities, and one more is in the final stage of approval in Lucknow. He has been instrumental in having international collaborations resulting in over 250 International students from Nigeria, Sudan, Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh and Nepal, while being associated with Teerthanker Mahaveer University Moradabad.
Mr. Awanesh Kalik is a dynamic and visionary leader with over three decades of distinguished experience in the social development sector, encompassing agriculture, rural development, institutional strengthening, and development finance.
He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AFC Foundation, with additional charge as State Director and Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Agriculture Finance Company (AFC)—a premier national development consultancy organisation inaugurated on 30 November 1968 by the then Hon’ble Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of India, Shri Morarji Desai.

He has earned his PhD from the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali NIPER; one of the most reputed pharma institutes of India.
Dr. Roy has contributed extensively in the reputed national and international journals like Food Chemistry, Environmental Research, Science of the Total Environment, Journal of Natural Products, and Environmental Toxicology and Pharmacology. An entrepreneur by choice, Mr. Kumar founded his own Chartered Accountant firm in Delhi in 2011, which today serves a strong and diverse clientele comprising start-ups, SMEs, and High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), delivering end-to-end services in accounting, taxation, compliance, and advisory.
